Stainless Steel Concentric Reducer Stamping technology is widely used and can process metal plates, bars and various non-metallic materials. The forming method of the head is stamping technology. In the stamping process of the large and small heads, we have clear requirements for the materials. As shown below:

1. Surface quality: The surface of the material is smooth and flat, without delamination, mechanical damage, rust spots, oxide scale and other attachments. Materials with good surface quality are not easy to crack and scratch the mold during the stamping process, and the surface quality of the workpiece is also very good.

2. Stamping formability. In order to improve stamping deformation and workpiece quality, the material should have good plasticity (high uniform elongation B), small yield strength ratio (s/B), large plate thickness directivity coefficient and small plate plane directivity coefficient, and the ratio of material yield strength to elastic modulus is very small (s/E).

3. Thickness tolerance, the thickness tolerance of the material should meet national standards. Because a certain mold gap is suitable for a certain thickness of material, if the material thickness tolerance is too large, it will not only directly affect the quality of the workpiece, but also may cause damage to the mold and punch.
