Hot Pressing Process for Stainless Steel Tee Pipe Fittings
The hot pressing forming of steel t pipe pipe fittings is to flatten the tube billet larger than steel tee fitting diameter to tee stainless diameter, and open a hole at the location where the branch pipe is stretched. After the tube billet is heated, it is placed in the injection molding mold, and a mold for stretching the branch pipe is provided in the tube billet; under the action of pressure, the tube billet is radially reduced, and during the radial reduction process, the metal flows to the branch pipe, and the branch pipe is formed under the extension of the mold. The whole process is formed by the radial reduction of the tube billet and the extension of the branch pipe. Unlike the hydraulic bulging tee stainless steel, the metal of the hot pressing tee branch pipe is compensated by the radial movement of the tube billet, so it is also called the radial compensation process.
