Eccentric Reducer Regulations
The quality of eccentric 8x6 concentric reducer shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard "Steel Butt-Welded Seamless Pipe Fittings" GB/T 12459-2005, and shall meet the following requirements:
1) The appearance of eccentric sanitary concentric reducer shall not have cracks or heavy skin, and the wall thickness shall be greater than the wall thickness of the large diameter end pipe section.
2) The roundness of eccentric tri clamp reducers shall not be greater than 1% of the outer diameter of the corresponding end, and the allowable deviation is ±3mm; the center lines of the two ends of concentric concentric fitting shall coincide, and the allowable deviation of the eccentric value is ±5mm.
3) The allowable deviation of the size of eccentric flanged concentric reducer shall comply with the provisions of Table 4.2.2-3.
The material of eccentric 6 x 3 reducer (eccentric 10 x 8 concentric reducer) is a low-carbon structural steel with a low content of alloy elements, generally below 3%. In the actual production of eccentric 12 x 6 concentric reducer (eccentric 3 x 2 concentric reducer), different elements are added to it to achieve different functions and strengths. Certain production standards and methods are used to add them, and they have certain performance in their use. The characteristics of eccentric 4 in x 2 1 2 in cone reducer are that its strength is significantly higher than that of carbon steel with the same carbon content, and it has good toughness and plasticity, as well as good weldability and corrosion resistance. In order to improve and enhance the performance of steel, other alloy elements are added to carbon steel, such as silicon, manganese, chromium, nickel, tungsten, vanadium, titanium, etc. This kind of steel is called alloy steel.
