If leakage is found in 6 stainless steel tee, check the connection between ss 304 tee and the pipe fitting to ensure that ss reducing tee is tightly connected to the pipe fitting and not loose. If necessary, retighten the nuts or bolts at the connection of ss t joint or replace the sealing gasket.
